Ashley Silveira
Ashley is the founder and controlling shareholder of the Catalytic group of companies. He is a Director of Catalytic Holdings Pte Ltd, the CEO & CIO of Catalytic Funds Management Pte Ltd and Chairman of the Board of Catalytic Funds VCC.
Dr William Wan
William is Chairman of the Catalytic Group of companies. In his position as Chairman, he helps guide the Group on matters of ethics and corporate governance, which he is well placed to do given his legal background as well as his extensive involvement on several boards and committees of non-profit organizations and government agencies.
Dr Anita Smith
Anita is member of the Board of Directors of Catalytic Holdings Pte Ltd, Catalytic Funds VCC and Catalytic Funds Management Pte Ltd as well as on its Investment Committee.
Ambassador Joerg Reding
Joerg is an independent member of the Investment Committee of Catalytic Funds Management Pte Ltd.
Dr Vikas Tibrewala

Prof Dr Deep Kapur
Deep is an independent member of the Investment Committee of Catalyic Funds Management Pte Ltd with which his association goes back to 2012 when he was Chief Investment Officer.
