Catalytic Funds VCC

The company was incorporated in February 2020 under the newly legislated Variable Capital Companies Act, as an umbrella for collective investment schemes. All Catalytic’s commingled funds are run under the umbrella of this VCC. Catalytic Funds VCC is an MAS-approved Section 13U vehicle and is consequently exempt from corporate income tax in Singapore. All investors in funds under the umbrella of Catalytic Funds VCC are exempt from Singapore income tax and withholding tax on their income from these funds.

The strategic direction of the company is guided by the Board which comprises the founders of both Catalytic Funds Management in Singapore as well as Banner Capital Management in Australia, indicating the close association between the two fund management companies.

Funds under Catalytic Funds VCC include Catalytic-Banner 1st Mortgage Fund and Catalytic Foundation Fund among others.
